All Stars announced for Debs and Belles

The Greenville Parks and Recreation Department’s Debs and Belles teams finished up play Tuesday. The Slammers were recognized as the league champions and MVPs and Sportsmanship awards were presented to two players from each team for the Debs and Belles age groups. The All-Star teams were also announced. The 2016 Greenville Dixie Belles All-Stars are pictured, above, left to right, front row, Bonnie Houston, Lara Beth Blackmon, Madison Covan, Kami Shufford, Anna Blake Langford, and Alex Little; back row, left to right, Andrea Dearden, Courtney Powell, Savannah Shufford, Gracie Whiddon, Shelby Lawrence and Jaqueta Adams. The 2016 Greenville Dixie Debs All-Stars are pictured below, front row, left to right, Caitlin Lee, Kaitlyn Padgett, Danielle Scott, Kristian Ballard and T.C. Both teams will play in the state tournament hosted by Greenville Parks and Recreation July 8-12. Opening ceremonies will be July 8 at 7:30 p.m. at the Softball Complex.
