Truck found on fire

In the morning hours of July 13, officers responded to a vehicle fire on Tiger Drive. Once on the scene, officers found an abandoned pickup truck in flames.

According to Sgt. Lovvorn, officers located tracks leading into the woods. Officers followed the tracks and found William Zachary Sebring at the Ft. Dale Academy baseball complex. There was evidence that he broke into the press box and attempted to enter the bathrooms.

According to Lovvorn, officers received information that Sebring may be suffering PTSD from when he served in the military. Officers were also informed that he was having domestic issues as well.

He was placed under arrest for third-degree burglary and has to undergo a mental evaluation before making bond.
