Chester Franklin Phelps

Phelps, Chester Franklin, 83, a resident of Opp and former resident of Greenville died at his home on Aug. 13. Burial took place at County Line Church of Christ Cemetery with Dunklin & Daniels Funeral Home directing.

Mr. Phelps was preceded in death: by his parents, Jasper and Inez Phelps. He is survived by: his wife, Daisy Phelps of Opp; sisters-in-law, Brenda Owens (Randy) of Greenville, Amaline Owens of Letohatchee, Martha Owens of Sneeds, Fla. and Doris Patterson of Wetumpka and several nieces, nephews and other family members.
