VAUDIE MARIE KNIGHT

Vaudie Marie Knight, 80, a resident of McKenzie passed away on Nov. 16. A Celebration of Life Service was held at 2 p.m. on Nov. 19 from the Johnson Funeral Chapel with Rev. Randy Harvill officiating. Burial followed in Mt Olive East Cemetery. Johnson Funeral Home of Georgiana directing arrangements. Vaudie was preceded in death by her husband, Fred Knight, Jr., sons, Michael Wayne Knight and Joseph Allen Knight; parents, James A. Rowell and Ida Lou Nix; half brother, Douglas (Bo) Goins. Survivors include: daughter, Alesia Knight Stuart, Andalusia; son, Jeffrey Chad (Janet) Knight, Georgiana; Vaudie is also survived by 2 grandchildren, Vanessa (Daniel) Nelson and Monica (Jeramey) Chavers; six great grandchildren, Stuart Nelson, Cash Nelson, Ewing Nelson, Tucker Chavers, Hartley Chavers, and Summit Chavers.
