As many know, last week, fire raged through Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge. The fire which is still under investigation has killed 14 confirmed people and injured at least 80. 1,413 structures and at least 17,860 acres have been destroyed.

Christmas is right around the corner and that means children in Sevier County may not get the Christmas they were wishing for. If you want to help keep the magic of Christmas alive, stop by First Reality of Greenville or Clayton homes and drop off unwrapped toys.

Vesta Taylor has arranged to have a cattle trailer deliver the toys to Tennessee in time for Christmas. Contact Vesta at 334-437-2044 or vestataylor@live.com.
