On March 7, the FDA boy’s baseball team beat Hooper Academy 3-2 in a close 9-inning game.

Luke Taylor pitched all 9 innings and had a RBI single in the first inning. Jason Little had 2 RBI’s, including the game winning hit in the bottom of the ninth.

On March 10, the boys traveled to Evergreen to play a double header against Sparta Academy.

In game one, Wyatt Fullington had 2 hits and Tripp Richardson had a double with 2 RBI’s. Michael LeCoq was the winning pitcher.

In the second game, FDA beat Sparta again, 13-3. Jason Little, Braxton Daniels and Jackson Blackmon had two hits each to lead the Eagles in their second game. Blackmon was also the winning pitcher.

The Fort Dale Eagles baseball team current record is 10-4. They will play in the Macon East tournament this coming weekend.
