HAZEL MARIE DUNCAN PEAVY

Hazel Marie Duncan Peavy, 96, died June 7, 2017 at Wesley Gardens Assisted Living in Montgomery. The funeral services were held June 10 at First Baptist Church of Greenville at 2 p.m. Dr. John Ed Mathison officiated and Dunklin & Daniels Funeral Home directed. Burial followed at Magnolia Cemetery. Visitation was held from 1-2 p.m. at the church.

Mrs. Peavy was preceded in death by her husband, James A. Peavy; parents, Oscar C. and Mae B. Duncan.

She is survived by her children, James A. Peavy, Jr., Signa Simpson, Merry Petitti (Pete) and Lee Alan Peavy (Debbie); grandchildren,  Brent Peavy, Patrick Peavy, Chris Peavy, Scott Simpson, Cami Soliday, Robyn Harwood, Meredith Paddock, Laura Paddock, Sara Kate Peavy, Anna Beth Peavy and Matt Peavy; great-grandchildren, Julian Soliday, Lilly Soliday, Maddie Simpson, Anna Simpson, Jackson Simpson, Maddox Harwood, Josie Harwood and Emerson Razzim and many nieces, nephews and other family members.
