YMCA football in full swing

Pictured at right, Greenville YMCA Termite running back Thamarcus Powell puts a move on an East Eagle defender. The Termites would lose eventually, 40-6. The YMCA Cubs also played and lost to the Tomato Buffet Patriots 13-8 in the first game of the morning. The YMCA Peewee Tigers claimed the only win for Greenville, beating the East Eagles 18-13 in the last game. Fun was had by parents and players alike this past Saturday. (Bruce Branum | The Standard)
