KERRY MARVIN BURKETT

 

Kerry Marvin Burkett, 47, a resident of Fort Deposit died Oct. 14, 2017 at his home. A memorial service was held Oct. 20 at 11 a.m. at the chapel of Dunklin & Daniels Funeral Home. Reverend Eric Jackson officiated and Dunklin & Daniels Funeral Home directed.

Mr. Burkett is preceded in death by his mother, Myrtis Ann Hollingshead and his brother, Jack Michael Burkett.

He is survived by his son, Koby Reynolds Burkett of Margate, Fla.; father, Jack Marvin Burkett of Fort Deposit; sister, April Burkett Reid (George) of Fort Deposit; nephew, Corey Michael Burkett of Hope Hull; niece, Josie Noelle Reid of Fort Deposit; great nephews, Chase Burkett of Hope Hull and Reid Adkison of Fort Deposit; lifelong friend, Robert Bowen of Fort Deposit and a host of other family and friends.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests that memorial contributions be made in his honor to a charity of one’s choosing.
