BETTY BETTERTON

Betty Betterton, 58, a resident of Georgiana passed away Sept. 9, 2018.

A Celebration of Life Service was held at 10 a.m. on Sept. 12 from the Johnson Funeral Home Chapel. Reverend Randy Harvill and Reverend Ricky Smith officiated. Burial followed in Mt. Pisgah Cemetery. Johnson Funeral Home of Georgiana directed arrangements.

Survivors include: husband, Steve Betterton, Georgiana; daughter, Sarah Betterton, Troy; son, James (Jessica) Betterton, Deatsville; mother, Bessie Smith, Georgiana; sisters, Gail Kolb and Glenda Garrett, both of Georgiana; brothers, Greeley Smith and Isaac Smith, both of Georgiana and Donald Smith, Greenville; grandchildren, Chelsie Betterton, Mikaia Betterton, Alexander Betterton, and Madelyn Betterton, all of Deatsville.
