TERRIE SALTER SHIPP

Terrie Salter Shipp, 54, a resident of McKenzie passed away Monday, Nov. 12, 2018 in a Montgomery hospital. A Celebration of Life Service was held at 2 p.m. Thursday, Nov. 15 from the Johnson Funeral Chapel with Elders Allen Odom and Jerry Parker officiating. Burial followed in Pleasant Hill Cemetery. Johnson Funeral Home of Georgiana directing arrangements.

Terrie was preceded in death by her father, Myron Salter and sister, Debbie Shipp.

Survivors include: husband, Earl Shipp, McKenzie; sons, Torrey Myron Salter, Logan S. Shipp, Dakota E. Shipp, and Cayleb Weaver, all of McKenzie; daughters, Caylee Weaver, McKenzie, Nikki Moore, Brantley, and Lacey Hagler, Ariton; mother, Floyce Salter, McKenzie; father and mother-in-law, Edward & Annice Shipp, McKenzie; sister, Rhonda Simmons, Shreveport, La.; sister-in-law; Judy (Jimmy) Ellis, McKenzie; brother, Christopher (Hope) Salter, Trussville; brother-in-laws; Edgar (Teresa) Shipp, David (Teri) Shipp, James (Jess) Shipp, all of McKenzie; grandmother, Annie Lou Lee, McKenzie; grandchildren, Barrett Hagler and Hudson Hagler, both of Ariton; uncles and aunts, Albert (Shirley) Wiggins, Bill (Jean) Salter, and Alice Salter and a number of nieces and nephews.

A Gathering of Family and Friends was held Wednesday, Nov. 14 from 6-8 p.m.
