Car burns up on I-65 southbound shoulder

A red passenger car caught completely on fire before first responders could reach the scene on U.S. Interstate 65 this past Friday morning around 10:30 a.m. Since the car was stopped on the outside shoulder of the southbound lane, nearby grass caught fire and upwardly burned the embankment slope. No one was injured. (Bruce Branum | The Standard)
