SANDRA TAUNTON

Memorial Service for Mrs. Sandra Lynn Taunton, 62, of McKenzie, will be held at 5 p.m. on Thursday, Jan. 20, 2022 with Brother Larry Johnson Officiating. The family will receive friends from 4-5 p.m. at the funeral home. Mrs. Taunton passed away at her home on Friday.

She is survived by her children, Tony Taunton (Stephanie) and Troy Taunton (Haleigh); grandchildren, Nicholas Taunton, Scarlett Taunton, and Saylor Rose Taunton; special grandchild, Kinley Bingham; mother, Kathleen Farley; sisters, Kathy Halford (Lavon) and Heather Lowrey (Greg); brother, Danny Pugh; and several nieces, nephews, and friends.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Mike Taunton; father, James Pugh; brother, Jimmy Pugh; and step-father Lavane Farley.

Sandra loved gardening and hated lizards. She loved working with the public. She enjoyed spending time with her family. She was a loving wife, mother, and grandmother.
