STEPHEN ROBERT WILLIAMS

Oct. 31, 1957 – June 30, 2022

Stephen Robert Williams, age 64, a resident of Georgiana, passed away on Thursday, June 30, 2022. He was born to the late Robert H Williams, Jr. and JoAnn Hartley Williams on October 31, 1957 in Mobile.

A graveside service was held on Wednesday, July 6, at 11 a.m. at Union Cemetery in Georgiana, with Bro. Allen Stephenson officiating.

Mr. Williams is survived by his Mother: JoAnn Williams, and a number of close cousins.

He was an avid collector of all things pertaining to his childhood. He especially enjoyed his Father’s collection of heirlooms. Andy Griffith was a favorite and he quoted him often. He was a quiet man unless he knew you well. He had quite a sense of humor and made everyone around him laugh often.

In lieu of flowers, donations in Steve’s memory may be made to the First Baptist Church of Georgiana, Alabama.
