James Walter Boyett, age 56, of Greenville, passed away on Tuesday, Aug. 23, 2022.

Funeral Services were held Saturday, Aug. 27, at 11 a.m. in the chapel at Dunklin Funeral Home with Brother Larry Gaston officiating. The family received friends from 10-11 a.m.

James was preceded in death by his father, Walter Boyett and brother, Grady Boyett.

He is survived by his son, Brandon (Jessica) Boyett; daughter, Emma Boyett; mother, Linda Boggan and father, Arnold Boggan; brother, John Michael (Jill) Boggan; granddaughters, Katelyn Ranta, Kamdyn Boyett; special nephew, Alex (Katie) Boggan; and a host of nieces, extended family and friends.

Honorary pallbearers were Brandon Boyett, Alex Boggan, Justin Williamson, Bobby Williamson, Scott Foster, Sam Wilson, David Neese and John Michael Boggan.

James loved the outdoors.  He was an avid hunter and fisherman.  James always had a big smile on his face. James was a true friend to many.  He touched many lives and will be deeply missed by all who knew him.
