ED WEAVER

May 10, 1945 – Jan. 26, 2023

Mr. Ed Weaver age 77 of Greenville, passed away suddenly on Thursday, Jan. 26, 2023 at his residence with his loving and devoted wife of 43 years at his side. Funeral Services for Ed will be held on Wednesday, Feb. 1, beginning at 5 p.m. from the Chapel of Dunklin Funeral Home with Minister Charles Box and Brother Randy Harvill officiating. The family will begin accepting friends at 3 p.m. until service time.

Ed was preceeded in death by his parents, Eddie Coleman Weaver, Jr. and Jane Burt Weaver; and son, Owen Cabot Weaver.

He is survived by his wife, Maureen Weaver of Greenville; children, Jane Leigh (Bob) Pavich of Port St. Lucie, Fla., Keli Daneese (Jim) Stutzman of Port St. Lucie, Fla., Amanda Joi (Jeff) Hudson of Brantley, and Stephen Christopher (Sheila Kay) Weaver of Albuquerque, N.M.; grandchildren, Michael C. Mace, Joshua O. Mace, Logan Stutzman, Ryan Magnuson, Adam Magnuson, Jace Alejandro Weaver, Nolleigh Reaves,Gracie Hudson, Allyn Hudson, and Archer Hudson; great grandchildren, Hailey Mace, Colton Mace, Wyatt Mace Taylor Mace, Liah Mace, Alyssa Mace, and Robert Mace.

To know Ed was to love him. He was such a giving man with a heart of gold. He loved his wife, family, friends, and serving families in his community at Dunklin Funeral Home. Ed took pride in everything that he did. His passing leaves a hole in all of our hearts.
