In total, there were 42 applications received.

Members of the search committee, comprised of five community stakeholders and three Butler County Board of Education (BCBOE) administrators, met in BCSS Superintendent Joe Eiland’s office the day before day to establish future meeting norms and discuss how the hiring process was to continue.

The committee was expected to meet again on Tuesday, March 7, at GHS for the purpose of completing a desk audit the applications.

After the review, the committee will deliberate and then determine the top five candidates who will be offered an interview.
