DEBORAH LEIGH BENNET CREWS

Oct. 28, 1965 – Oct. 6, 2024

Deborah Leigh Bennett Crews slipped from the shackles of her earthly body to sing praises at the feet of her Savior on Sunday, Oct. 6, 2024. She met her Savior with a hard-fought hallelujah when her battle with cancer was finally over.

Deborah was born on Oct. 28, 1965, to the late Hearn Bennett and Mary Molleur Bennett.

She is loved by her husband, Jeff; her children, Shelby and Douglas; her mother, Mary; and sisters, Dianna and Marney, along with extensive family and friends.

Visitation was held at Southside Baptist Church on Thursday, Oct. 10, from 5-7 p.m. The celebration of Deborah’s life was Friday, Oct. 11, at 11 a.m. at Southside Baptist Church, followed by a graveside service at Magnolia Cemetery.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made in her honor to the Montgomery Cancer Center.
