TRAVIS HARDING PIGGOTT

Travis Harding Piggott, 45, of Georgiana, passed away on Feb. 9, 2022, and a celebration of his life was held Sunday, Feb. 13, at 11 a.m. at Johnson Funeral Home.
Travis was born Jan. 4, 1977, and is survived by his parents, Gail and Rickie Piggott, and his grandmother, Mary Piggott Jones. He is also survived by his sister, Tara Starr Cowles (Bob) and his daughters, Kaitlyn Elizabeth and Mary Addison Piggott, and their mother, Michele Smith Piggott; nephew, Patrick Starr; nieces, Ashton Starr Ruffin (Will) and Savannah Starr Gill (Ryan); aunt, Sue Gaston (Al), and uncle, Donnie Piggott (Cindy); cousins, Mason Gaston (Cindy), Drew Gaston (Amy), Susanna Gaston, Nikki Piggott Richardson (David), and Rex Piggott.
He was preceded in death by his grandparents, Travis and Jimmie Lou Burkett, Harding Piggott, and Woodrow Jones. He also leaves numerous cousins and special friend, Mandy Franks.
Travis attended Lee-Scott Academy where he formed lifelong friendships with a solid group of friends who have raised their families together. He enjoyed his work at the Creek Casino in Montgomery and his many friends there, and he enjoyed hunting and fishing his entire life and everything Auburn.
Pallbearers were: Clint Streetman, Cam Streetman, Brook Easley, Heath Stewart, Jonathan Smith, and Trey Washington.
Burial at Mt. Pisgah followed.
