Panthers win Area

The Georgiana Panthers secured to advance to the sub regional in the AHSAA 1A State Playoffs by defeating the Brantley Bulldogs on Wednesday, Feb. 5, by a score of 94-73. The Panthers took out the Red Level Tigers earlier on Monday, Feb. 3, by a score of 101-52. The Panther’s record after their game with Red Level was 22-4. Panther players awarded All Tournament status were Kaveon Miles, Jacobie Morgan, Nasir Cheatham, Jaden Stallworth, Quan Scott, and Noah Nelson. Stallworth was given a certificate naming him Most Valuable Player for the area tournament.
