THOMAS WAYNE MOUNT

March 7, 1949 – Feb. 18, 2025

Thomas Wayne Mount, a resident of Greenville, passed away peacefully surrounded by family on Feb. 18, 2025, at the age of 75.

Graveside Services were held Sunday, Feb. 23, beginning at 2 p.m. at Sunrise Memorial Park with Reverend Lane Simmons and Reverend Ricky Crysell officiating with Dunklin Funeral Home directing.  The family received friends for visitation in the chapel of Dunklin Funeral Home beginning at 1 p.m. until 1:45 p.m.

Thomas was preceded in death by his parents, Frances and Grady Mount; brother, Terry Mount; and son, Thomas Mount, Jr.

He is survived by his wife, Robin Mount; daughters, Sheila (Larry) Ramos, Lance (Courtney) Mount, Taylor Mount, Brittany Wolfe, Stephanie (Timothy) Mason, Bridget Harrelson and Tammy Mount; son, Raven Moody; sisters, Marilyn (Donnie) Stephens, Lynette (AW) Till, Tony (Sue) Mount, and Toby Mount; along with several grandchildren, great grandchildren and many nieces and nephews.

Thomas lived a well and fulfilled life surrounded by his closest family. Thomas loved music, wood working, and spending time with his family. Thomas was a great spirit who was a light to all those around. The lighthouse to those lost in the mist, a true and genuine soul to be forever remembered, and forever loved.

Pall bearers were Timothy Mason, Raiden Mason, Tony Mount, Donnie Stephens, TJ Dupre, Shayne Countryman, and Larry Gafford. Honorary Pall bearer was Lance Mount
