Val/Sal for county schools

Graduations recently occurred for all four schools in Butler County School System. McKenzie School went first on Thursday evening, May 15. Georgiana School followed Friday evening, May 16, Greenville High School performed graduation Saturday morning, May 17, and Fort Dale Academy held their graduation Thursday evening, May 22. Valedictorians and Salutatorians from each school are pictured above. They are: Fort Dale Academy (L-R) Salutatorian Clay Gardner (100.673 weighted average) and Valedictorian Cade Raulerson (100.997 weighted average); Georgiana School (L-R) Salutatorian Nasir Cheatham (3.5 GPA) and Noah Nelson (3.8 GPA), Greenville High School (L-R) Salutatorian Lola Miller (4.36 GPA) and Kathryn Nimmer (4.38 GPA); McKenzie School (L-R) Salutatorian Jack Houston (4.07 GPA) and Valedictorian Alana Jones (3.94 GPA). Scholarship total offered to students at each school were as follows: FDA (48 students) $3.8 million, GS (31 students) $1.25 million, GHS (138 students) $5.1 million, and MS (37 students) $1.6 million.
