Mr. Wiley Allen Croley, 87, a lifelong resident of Greenville, passed away on Thursday, Nov. 20, 2025. Wiley was a wonderful husband; he was married to Charlette for almost 53 years. They truly enjoyed their time together and were best friends.

Until recently, Wiley enjoyed his daily walks throughout downtown Greenville. He loved visiting with members of the community and spending time outdoors.
Wiley loved his friends and family and was well loved by them in return. His niece, Cates, would often tell him, “You are the best Uncle in the world!” his smile following those words will stay forever in our hearts.
Mr. Croley is survived by his loving and dedicated wife, Charlette; a host of nephews, nieces, great nephews, great nieces, and in-laws; along with many dear friends.
