WILLIE O’NEAL EDWARDS

July 20, 1959 – April 20, 2026

Willie O’Neal “Neal” Edwards, 66, of Greenville, went to be with the Lord on Monday, April 20, 2026, at Regional Medical Center of Central Alabama following an extended illness.

Prior to moving to Greenville, Neal had worked as a supervisor for a professional cleaning company in Florida. He was very dedicated to his profession and was loved and respected by his co-workers.

He is preceded in death by his wife Virginia Ann Edwards and parents, Willie Ray and Magnolia  Edwards.

Neal is survived by his children, Alicia Faye Cook (Donnie), Ashlie Paige Brogden (Michael), Erin Tereasa Edwards, Brian Edwards, Jamie Edwards (Jennifer), and Jared Edwards (Laura); brother, Kyle Edwards (Teresa); sister, Sheila Ziglar; companion, Shirley Killough; as well as several grandchildren, great-grandchildren and other extended family members.
