GANA Police Chief arrested

Georgiana’s Police Chief Jeremy Peagler was arrested by the Butler County Sheriff’s Department Thursday afternoon on charges of three counts of 3rd degree Domestic Violence and one count of Harassing Communication. The alleged charges were filed by Georgiana resident Leah Godwin.Chief Peagler declined commenting awaiting a court date.
