Juneteenth draws a large crowd

Lomax Hannon Bible College held a Juneteenth Festival on Thursday, June 19, at 755 South Conecuh Street, Greenville. Various community groups and churches set up tents to provide food and information about their organizations and the national holiday called Juneteenth. There were over 300 people, including civic leaders, in attendance at the event which included activities for children and adults and even a small parade led by the Temple of Hope drumline team.
